Radiant Heart Counseling

The motto of Radiant Heart Counseling is "Fac cor nostrum secundum cor tuum," which means "make our hearts like unto your heart." This phrase comes from the devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and represents how I envision my work with you. My first Master's degree is in Theological Studies, and I am a Level 1-trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, specializing in helping adult Catholics address their mental and emotional health needs. My work focuses on behavioral addictions, anxiety, and depression. I believe in drawing upon principles of IFS with support from principles of Catholic philosophy, theology, and spirituality to assist you in changing your relationship with difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors -- the things that block your heart from becoming like Jesus'.
